TroubleshootingChoose the view
On iPhone, the button at the top right chooses the view: Day, Week, Month or Year, like in the Calendar app. On iPad, the switch for week, month and year is at the top center. The date stays the same when you switch.
Today at a glance
Today is highlighted everywhere with a small shape in the theme’s light color, around weekday and date in week and month, around the date in the year. Tapping “Planner” twice jumps back to today; with a keyboard, press ⌘T.
Day
“Day” lists the lessons with time, subject, class and topic. Free periods appear in gray as “Free”. If the topic is missing, a small orange dot shows that the lesson isn’t planned yet. Swiping sideways changes the school day; swiping on the row of weekdays jumps a week ahead.
Week
The week shows subject and class of every lesson as a grid, plus notes and important items for the week. Tap a lesson to open its plan; touch and hold for a menu, for example to clear a lesson. Swipe sideways for the next or previous week. On iPhone, only the first letter of each weekday appears above the columns. On iPad, the weekdays stay at the top while scrolling, and the arrows at the top page as well.
Month and year
The month and year plans show holidays, public holidays and events. Tap a day to open a sheet with all events of that day; “+” adds a new one there. If not all events fit in the row, “+2 more” appears below. In the month, swiping sideways goes to the next month. On iPhone, the year shows two months per screen.
