TroubleshootingCreate a class
In “Classes”, use + › New Class. Three short steps ask for class, subjects and students. Classes and subjects from your timetable appear as suggestions below the field. Enter one student name per line; every student is then in all subjects of the class.
The class page
At the top of the class page are four tiles: “Check Off” for a checklist, “Grade List” to print, “Remark” for one student and “New Grade” for all students. Below are the subjects with their averages and all students.
Add subjects and students
The class’s “…” menu holds “Add Subject” and “Add Student”. A new subject gets all students of the class right away, and a new student is added to all subjects automatically.
Mixed groups
For religion, a support course or a club with students from several classes, use + › Mixed Group. Then choose the students from your existing classes. Each name shows its class.
Sorting
Classes, subjects and students can be moved by touching and holding, then dragging right away. Touching and holding without dragging shows the menu. The order of students applies in all subjects of the class. Sorting is part of the full version.
Find a student
The magnifying glass at the top of Classes finds any student in all classes and subjects. A result leads straight to the student. With a keyboard, press ⌘F.
Move, archive, delete
Students can be moved or copied between lists. Subjects you no longer work on go to the Archive. Before a class is deleted, a confirmation lists what will be deleted and offers to archive instead. Kreidezeit makes a Safety Copy first.
