Student Profile

Everything about a student on one page.

The student page

Tap a student to open their page. At the top, capsules choose “All” or a single subject. If you come from a subject page, that subject is selected. For each subject you see average, final grade, plus/minus and grade history.

About the student

The “About …” card leads to “Remarks” and “Contacts”. Below it are the birthday with age and custom fields.

Remarks

Remarks are individual dated entries. They can be pinned, edited and deleted with “Undo”.

Contacts

Parents or guardians can be added with phone and email. The labels “Mother”, “Father”, “Guardian” and “Emergency” appear as suggestions below the field. Call and write right from there. Contact details stay only on this device. Whether they may be stored is up to your school.

Birthdays

Without a date, the birthday shows “add”; tap it to set a date and open the calendar. In the year calendar and under “Coming Up”, the birthday appears without a name. The app shows whose birthday it is only after unlocking.

Custom fields

Custom fields hold more details. Suggestions such as “Pickup”, “Seat” or “Bus” appear below the field.

One student, several subjects

A student is the same in all subjects. If their name changes, it changes everywhere. Grades stay separate per subject.
