To-Dos and Meetings

Check off tasks and keep meeting notes.

To-dos

“+” at the top right opens a new to-do; Return starts the next one right away. Completed ones move quietly to the bottom. The number of open to-dos also appears on “Today”.

Meetings

In “Meetings”, the pencil icon at the top right creates “New Notes”. They need a title, for example “Staff Meeting”, and have room for agenda, decisions and tasks.

Sync

Like the planner, to-dos and meetings sync between iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud. That’s why students’ names don’t belong in them.
