TroubleshootingNow and up next
At the top is the current lesson (“Now”) or the next one (“Up Next”) with subject, class, room and topic, on a card in the theme’s light color. Before the lesson it says “in 50 min”, during the lesson “20 min left” with a thin bar. Tap the card to open the lesson’s plan. For the right lesson to appear, your timetable needs start and end times, see Period times.
Tiles
Below are four tiles: “To-Dos” with the number of open tasks, “Coming Up” with the next event, “Tomorrow” with the next school day (if that isn’t tomorrow, it shows the weekday) and “Remark” to quickly write a remark about a student. Tapping “Tomorrow” opens the planner on that day, tapping “Coming Up” the page with all events.
Your School Day
“Your School Day” lists the day’s lessons with time, color stripe, subject, class and topic. Past lessons are paler. Tap a lesson to open it; the pencil icon leads to the grades. Whether the left side shows period and time, period only or time only is set under Settings › Appearance › Show Periods.
Coming Up
“Coming Up” lists the next three entries: events, holidays and public holidays. On the right it says “today”, “tomorrow” or “in 3 days”, below that “All day” or the time and place.
“All” opens the Coming Up page with all upcoming events, all holidays of the school year and the public holidays that fall on a school day. The “All” · “My Entries” switch hides holidays and public holidays. The magnifying glass searches title, place and notes; a result opens the month at that day. “+” adds a new event for today. More under Events.
Write a quick remark
The “Remark” tile first asks which student it’s for. The remark goes to the student’s profile and, like all class lists, is protected with Face ID.
Backup reminder
If the last backup of your class lists is more than 30 days old, a quiet line on “Today” reminds you. More under Backup.
