Print and PDF

Grade lists, checklists and summaries for parent meetings.

What you can print

• Grade List: one subject with all grades, or several subjects of a class on one page with the final grades
• Checklist with 5 or 10 columns, for example for collecting forms or letters to parents
• Summary for parent meetings: all subjects of a student with grades and average; contacts and remarks only if you choose

Where printing starts

On the class page with the “Grade List” and “Check Off” tiles, in a subject under … › Print…, and the summary for parent meetings on the student’s page.

Preview and sharing

Tap the preview to open it large. “Print” is at the bottom; the share icon at the top right passes on the PDF. All printouts are A4 and calculated exactly as in the app.

PDFs with student data

A PDF with student data leaves the protected area of the app. Store it securely.
