Timetable

Enter it once, and every week is prefilled.

Enter lessons

In “Timetable”, tap an empty slot. “New Lesson” opens with subject and class. Previous entries appear as suggestions below the field; tap one to use it. While the timetable is still empty, a short sentence appears above the grid.

On iPhone, the timetable shows “Day” or “Week”, switched with the button at the top right.

The menu

The “…” menu at the top right holds school year and plan, “Edit Period Times”, “Classes and Colors”, “Change Valid From …”, “Change Timetable from Date…” and “Delete Plan…”.

Period times

Each timetable has its own start and end times for every period, under Timetable › … › Edit Period Times. Times must not overlap. With times set, “Today” shows the current or next lesson.

Class colors

Classes get a color, for example yellow for 3a, under Timetable › … › Classes and Colors. Their lessons are then colored in the planner and in the timetable. The class is recognized at the start of the class field, such as “3a English” or “1c, Science”.

New timetable from a date

When your timetable changes, for example at the start of a new term, “Change Timetable from Date…” creates a new one. Weeks before that date keep the previous timetable. The previous one can be copied as a template.

Change a single lesson

If a lesson is different just once, tap the card with subject and class in its plan, or touch and hold the lesson in the week. Subject and class then change for that lesson only; the timetable stays the same.

Periods per day

How many rows the planner and the timetable show is set under Settings › School › Periods per Day. Periods that already have entries always stay visible.
